Re: Could not record citrix application from Vugen 11.0

I may suppose that there is STA service working in your environment. It may be Citrix Access Gateway, or Citrix Secure Gateway, or MetaFrame Secure Access Manager; Citrix Web Interface also may be configured to work with STA.
It is known problem with STA and Citrix Client 12.* when LoadRunner can not record Citrix events. Citrix Receiver 13.* is officially recommended client for such environments.  Citrix ICA Client 11.* also works though it is not supported officialy.

Citrix ConnectionBar and Seamless mode also prevents Citrix Client from receiving windows events and may be the reason why LR does not record Citrix activities. So ensure that they are disabled:
  (1) look into script's default.cfg and ensure that line "IcaUpdate=ConnectionBar=0" presents in [CITRIX CUSTOM SETTINGS] section;
  (2) check "Windows size" parameter in Citrix WebInterface settings - I'd recommend to set it to "No preference". Anyway, it should not be "Seamless".
