In order to submit a new incident request, please do the following :
- Login with your SSO credentials into https://softwaresupport.hpe.com/group/softwaresupport/web-submission
- Select Product Technical Issue
- Select your SAID , product , version , OS ...
- Describe your incident request and severity
- Submit
