That's just make you define the user-agent string of each http request.
You can define your own for ie9, see the content below, which is for IE9:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows; Trident/5.0)
A script of newer version runing on an ealier controller is not supportted. You may try it.
