I'm having the same problem on my system.
I have configured:
ALM - Standalone Server
PC - Standalone Server
Data Collector - Standalone Server
Controller - Standalone Server
LG (4) - VM
Doesn't matter where the Controller is, everytime I'm trying to run a test with more than 60 users I'm having the MsgId: MERR-29722.
I've tried to swap the servers, change the purpose, reinstall PC Host, but nothing changes, the Controller keeps getting the MsgId: MERR-29722.
All the licenses are fine, when the test is running, and the Controller gets the error, logging on the machine doesn't show any problem on it, nor there is any problem in the system's log.
I'm out of ideas now for this, a bit of help would help a lot.
