The problem is that no page hits are being generated at all (see same screenshot)

is this a complicated TruClient script?
I see it is only 2 Vusers, but is it a complex business process?
can you try recording a simple web script (not google.com :-)) and run it?
different protocol, I know, but it is a first step in getting to root cause analysis.
if that works, try recording a simple TruClient script and run in controller with 1 Vusers.
let us know the outcome.

Please note that this forum accepts only images as attachements.
1. Please disable NV in the Controller to avoid the error about the 3rd party license.
2. Run only one Vuser to check if the script is running correctly.
3. TruClient footprint is pretty high since each Vuser runs a browser process. CPU utilization might be high depneding on the application code in the client side. In order to reduce CPU utilization read the tips on this help page
4. Ensure that the proxy settings of the script in the scenario allows the Vuser to browse the application.

The script’s line mentioned is generated as a result of recorded application behavior such as sending “timer” events from server to client. It can happen temporary if server is busy, of permanently, in accordance to design of some application. So it is expected reaction of LR’s recording and codegenartion mechanisms.

AJAX TruClient IE v11 : Handle SSO login
HI,
We are using 12.50 LR version, Ajax Truclient IE protocol to record an application which is SSO enabled. It means, as soon as application' URL is launched in IE browser, it sign-in using windows credentials. In case of our Truclient IE record and replay, it picks my windows credentials and plays back, but inorder to make this script work with other User IDs, is our show stopper.
While recording in IE we dont see any Pop-up or dailog box asking for user credentials. In the script step as well, we dont see paramters. So when we replay, it picks the machine local credentials and tries to login. But my requirement is to make the script workable with whatever User IDs i pass it from external file(Parameter file).
is there a solution to handle SSO authentication simulating more than one user ID.
Is there a way to change settings of Truclient IE version to enable windows dailog prompt for user credentials

Data Center Migration- Network Virtualization Use
Hello Experts,
Our org is migrating the data center from NY to Location Calif ,but users will access the application from NY and our LG machines are also migrating to calif. In this case,can we use network Network Virtulization to monior the network packet loss or for latency?
If so, can you please suggest how to use NV during test?
1)We already purchased license for LR and not for NV. iF we have to purchase license for NV,on what basis should be purchased? Like number of users or location?
2)Should we install NV on both Controller and LG machines ?

I am looking to learn typical protocol like CITRIX , RDP Protocol scripting. Is there a way we can learn those protocol before assigned to specific project? Do we have any test application like Webtour where we can learn and get familiar with the scripting.

Your starting point is the official LR documentation. You can use this link for Citrix and this link for RDP.
Your 2nd point is this webinar that we conducted on Citrix tips & tricks. The YouTube links are here (1st session) and here (2nd session).
Last - I'm afraid there is no sample application to test Citrix or RDP. I suggest to try on your system with 1 Vuser and move onwards from that.

Let me try and answer your questions in order:
can we use network Network Virtulization to monior the network packet loss or for latency? - Yes, you can. once you install NV, you get the network monitoring graphs each time you run a test. you can read more in this documentation part.
with regards to your other questions, you should purchase an NV license based on the number of Vusers you wish to emulate (the NV license is for users, not locations). you can choose to emulate all your users, or emulate part and have a group of Vusers as your "Control group" to see how your application behaves with and without emulation.
NV is installed as part of the LoadRunner full installation, or it can be installed on the seperate components if you do a distribtued installation, in which case you should install the specific NV installation for the controller on the controller and the specific NV installation for the LG on the LG (both installations are in the "Additional components" folder on the installation DVD.

Hi,
Can you please try adding Generic Browser Action step from the toolbox and change its' action from Navigate to Dialog - Authenticate? The step should be located right after the navigate step that triggers the dialog. The navigate step end event should be Dialog Opened.
If the authentication dialog is not opened at all you will need to change a setting in the registry. In such case I believe it is better to open a ticket and let HPE support do it for you.

I recorded a Weh HTML test an it works with LoadRunner (creates connections, page hits, etc). It does not raise the 3rd party error.
I think with TruClient it must be some licensing issue.

This is not related to TruClient, but to an integraiton with Network Virtualization.
if you uninstall NV from your machine, you will not see this error.
with regards to the 80% CPU issue, now that you tried with a web script and I'm assuming the error is not reproduced, try to record a simple TruClient script and run with 1 Vuser.
Let us know if the 80% issue is recreated with 1 Vuser as well.

Error -26366: "Text=Personal Market Billing - Customer and Policy Search" not found for web_reg_find
I am getting this error when i replay the script, i hope it shuould be something to do with tokenization when moving from one page to another.
I even tried correlating all the values and even after that i am getting this error. Can someone help me with this issue?

Well as you mentioned below, i tried adding the additional step to pass user credentials if Authentication dialog pop up during replay.
Thing is, during replay pop up wont come, as soon as Launch URL steps executes, user sign in using my windows ID.
I will open a ticket with HPE.
