Hi,
To access Support Customer forum you will need to link a valid SAID to your SSO account.
You can find instructions here: http://h30499.www3.hp.com/hpeb/attachments/hpeb/sws-LoadRunner_SF/2548/1/Adding%20valid%20Support%20Contract%20to%20HP%20Passport.pdf
and in the following video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ChlysWupWM
The idea is to use the XPath as an ID method and modify the XPath, if needed, in such a way that you can access the first link.

Clik here to view.
The document I am referring to LoadRunner11.00_AjaxTruClient_TipsTricks.pdf contains an example about using this approach for a list of radio buttons you need to choose from. To access it you will also need a valid SAID linked to your SSO account.
You can also review LoadRunner User Guide under the section "How to Resolve Object Identification Issues" in TruClient Protocol chapter where the usage of ID methods is described.
Kind regards,
