You got the issue when opening Vugen or an existing script?
What is the OS of Vugen machine?
Could you please check on Vugen machine some points as below?
- UAC, DEP is disbled. You can refer these links to disable them:

- You have administrator right.
Sometimes, the initialization files can become corrupted. You will have problem in launching or using the VuGen after that. Use the following steps to do delete the initialization file so that a new copy will be created:
1. Shut the VuGen.
2. Navigate to the C:\ drive
3. Search and delete the file named vugen.ini. Then open Vugen again.
