Please try to close all the Google Chrome instances before start recording, also close the Vugen instance and restar it open it as administrator.
I have attached a word document to disable DEP,UAC and another main features that are important. It is better to disable them temporally and during the recording, you can enable them after the recording.
I recommend you to use Chrome version 26.0.14.10.64 to 30.
