I am not sure that LoadRunner supports that C library.
Please refer in Vugen/ Help/ Function Reference: C Language Function. It shows the standard C Runtime functions can be used in Vuser scripts that are in the C language.
Have you tried to record the script with other protocol like Ajax Truclient?
